It is because we have never seen cycle-rickshaws. May be, it has been brought as a marketing tool or for decorative purpose at a showroom
Residents often say that without cycle-rickshaws, traffic has been smooth in Bhopal. But there are fewer cheap modes of operations.
The tongas are history. The tempos are also off the street. Now there are Tata Magic vans and Auto-rickshaws apart from buses. And your own vehicles. If you have to travel in walled city, then there's no better option than, trusting your legs to take you through the lanes.
